At Regency Homes, we’ve helped many of our clients design their perfect master bathroom. So, it’s safe to say we’ve gotten an up-close look at many different bathroom design trends! While we try not to pick favorites, there are some design elements we get excited to see time and time again. Curious what they may be? Mixed Metallics
Bathroom hardware has gotten a whole lot more interesting as of late! Rather than sticking with the classics, more and more homeowners have begun changing it up. Instead of brushed nickel and oil rubbed bronze, they’re opting for less traditional metallics like copper, gold, and brass. It’s easy to see why, too! Aside from being a natural fit for bathrooms, metallic accents and hardware bring extra warmth and texture to any bathroom design.

Music in the Park: Omaha Big Band & Salute to Military Night

Part of the six-week series of summer fun in the park, this family-friendly event is the perfect mid-week treat. Bring along a lawn chair or picnic blanket and enjoy the concert. You can also take in the sights at the Bayliss Park fountain and the Veterans’ Memorial Wall, as well as enjoying the interactive water feature and touchable art at the park.
Omaha Zoo

As one of the world’s best zoos, you can rest assured this bi-weekly event will be enjoyed by all ages. Attendees will get a behind the scenes look the Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium and what it’s like to feed the sharks in Shark Reef.
Omaha Farmers Market
When: Every Sunday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM starting July 21, 2019

Spend a relaxing Sunday strolling through the Aksarben Village’s farmers market. The market features over 100 vendors and offers plenty of options for fun, fresh food, and family time.
Architecture on Tap
When: Every Tuesday from 5:30 to 7:00 PM starting July 23, 2019

Presented by the Joslyn Castle and Restoration Exchange of Omaha, Architecture on Tap celebrates the pillars or architecture and their impact on Omaha. During the weekly event, you can enjoy a cold beer from Infusion Brewing company as you explore the exhibit of historic and contemporary blueprints found on the first floor. There will also be a lecture presented each week by local experts to offer more insight into the city’s historic architecture.

Have you heard our big news? We recently introduced our new Forever series of homes! The homes showcased in our Forever series are designed to suit a wide variety of lifestyles. With open concept floor plans and universal design standards, our Forever homes are perfect for aging in place and retiring in style!
Now, we’re sharing one of our favorite floor plans from the collection: the Orlando. This floor plan spans almost 1,700 square feet and includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two car garage. If you love entertaining, this is the floor plan for you!
On the main level, you’ll find a beautiful great room for gathering with family and friends at the center of the home. Off the great room lies the kitchen, which features a large island, walk-in pantry, and dinette. The master suite is located at the back of the home for added privacy. In the ensuite, you’ll find an oversized walk-in tile shower and dual sink vanity. A spacious laundry room, two bedrooms, and an additional full bath complete the main level. The lower level provides added entertaining space with an additional family room. A fourth bedroom and half bathroom make the perfect guest suite or home office.
