The Stratford is from our “Trilogy Series” of homes. The Trilogy Series of homes are priced from $200,000 to $350,000 and are offered in select Omaha communities. Standard pre-priced custom option packages are available. Unlike many new homes in this price range, the front elevations are designed to present more of a custom look as opposed to a track subdivision appearance. Approved custom changes are handled by our in-house designers. The Straford model has the best of single level living. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two stall garage.
