*Emergency items include severe plumbing leaks, sewer backups for first 14 days of occupancy, plumbing freeze-ups, no heat in very cold weather, A/C in very hot weather, hazardous electrical problems (NOT tripped GFI outlets or breakers), or any circumstance that threatens your personal safety, new home or property.
We ask that non-emergency requests and routine maintenance repairs be submitted only at 60 days after closing date and 11 months after your closing date whenever possible. You will be reminded of these key dates as your home approaches them.
